Russia has always struggled to keep up with the USA they had a economic collapse during the cold war. Even today they struggle to compete and keep up with modern American made jets. A example being the US made F-15C was created and went on to be one of the greatest air superiority fighters of all time, and mostly because of the false claims of the Mig 25 Foxbat being a extreme threat which got everyone worked up for apparently nothing.

So, now that China has publicly lambasted the T-14 all across state sponsored TV for NOT BEING ANYTHING THEY CLAIM IT IS, NOT HAVING ANYTHING THEY CLAIM IT DOES, the sites are out of the previous generation, decommissioned LeClerc tanks being sold to the public, the countermeasures systems don't actually work and the engine is in fact a HUMONGOUS HUNK of SHIT........WHAT NOW? Even India told them to eatadick after getting screwed on the T-90's because at sea level is the only place you can drive them. They tried to drive them at elevation, the engines lost most of their power, boost is already at max pressure that the heads can hold, they can't breath and are overheating to the point of rupturing the coolant system. I always wondered why their tank barrels were 40 feet long and didn't have the range of an Abrams...it's because their powder is inconsistent, low expansion volume, low burn rate and like the AK round, their tank projectiles have a small bearing surface interaction with the barrel which means they wobble down the barrel effecting accuracy and let's pressure escape the barrel before the round ever leaves......when we're any of these pieces of shit the tanks everyone thinks are so great?? Everyone tries to give the Abrams shit and say it sucks, it's KNOCKED THE FUCK OUT everything Russian it's had in front of it...and never been taken out by anything Russian....wtf? Why, because it gets bad gas mileage....waaaa, we don't have a fucking logistics problem, our tanks don't go thirsty! Our boys don't loot stores for food because they're starving on their own front porch and don't have ammo. Russian sycophants infuriate me to no end. You're just liars.

Day 841 of the “special military operation” against Mexico by the United States: Mexico still stands The rest of the world stands behind Mexico, are rebuilding their military The Uss general r ford has been “lost in a storm” The usn is hiding in their ports, are terrified Mexico has launched the largest counter offensive since ww2 America, after hiring black water, recruiting prisoners in human wave attacks, and accepting losses at ridiculous rates, has managed to capture Nogales city. Claims “massive” victory. Black water has launched coup on Washington. Only stopped by the Canadian president intervening Latest abrams x models have been destroyed, some captured. America restarts production of B-1 bomber, wants to keep the B-52, B-2 in service, still wants to build the B-21. 2 NGAD planes have been destroyed at all Davis-Monthan in Arizona, 592.2 km from the border Sure would be embarrassing for a major superpower! Range practically doesn't matter because airborne refueling also exists. Maneuver doesn't matter as even if you evade one missile, all the opponent needs to do is get the lock again and fire another one. Maneuvering consumes speed and felon's maneuvers like the cobra drain speed faster than a dam breach. Speed is nullified by how missiles don't have human limits. Armament is the only thing respectable, but then why not continue using Su-35 or MiG-31? Why put resource into development of something that still isn't better than either airframes?

I think you missed the main reason people hate the F-35, which has nothing to do with its actual capabilities, and only partially has to do with its cost. When the F-35 entered public consciousness, we were at the turning point in the war on terror. Not that the war took a turn, it was futile imperialist adventurism from start to finish, but people were starting to realize our military was doing more harm than good. We outgunned the countries we were invading by truly staggering margins, which cost a lot of money, but it didn't make a difference in the outcome of the wars. We weren't defending ourselves, we weren't liberating anyone, and the region is in worse shape than before we got involved. In that context, any top of the line project looks bad, because no matter how much the plane costs, dropping bombs on weddings creates more enemies than it ever eliminates. With its troubled development and high sticker price, the F-35 was an easy stand in for the whole failed system. And if all the F-35 did was drop bombs on third world countries, it would be correct to hate it. But in recent years, the US has taken a half step back from the Middle East (which isn't enough, but it is a start), and between China's saber-rattling, and Russia's unprovoked invasion of Ukraine and threats to continue on into NATO countries, the focus of our military is back where it should be: defending against actual threats. And that is where the F-35 actually makes sense. Russia and China have air forces and ground based air defenses that are actually quite substantial, so stealth and advanced sensors are actually needed. To act as a deterrence to further Russian aggression, we need a credible threat against them, and while modernized F-16s and F-15s can do that job to an extent, the F-35 does it better. It is good that the people developing the F-35 built it for future wars, not just to be more efficient for foolish regime change wars and occupation of foreign lands, because it is positioned to to the job we actually need our military for.
